Advanced relations

In the Advanced relations tab of the Edit Concept panel there are two columns:

  • CONCEPT SCHEME
  • TOP CONCEPT OF

In the CONCEPT SCHEME column you can see to which concept schema the concept is associated.

  • To associate a concept with a concept schema:

    1. Select the the plus button under the column.
    2. Type the concept schema name and select it from the drop-down menu.

    Note

    Your search must contain at least two characters.

  • To dissociate a concept from a concept schema, hover over the concept schema name and select the X button .

In the TOP CONCEPT OF column you can see the concept schemas of which the current concept is a top concept.

  • To make the current concept a top concept for a concept schema:

    1. Select the the plus button under the column.
    2. Type the concept schema name and select it from the drop-down menu.

    Note

    Your search must contain at least two characters.

    If the concept is not already associated with the concept schema, it gets automatically associated and you will see the name of the concept schema appear in the CONCEPT SCHEME column.

  • To delete the "top concept of" association, hover over the concept schema name and select the X button .
