Other filters

Overview

These filtering possibilities are available for every document list, in the Analytics sub-tab, in the detail and list views of the Documents tab.

Filter documents by language

To filter the document list based on the document language:

1. Select Expand to expand the Documents panel.
2. Choose the language from the drop-down menu at the top of the document list.

Filter by document name

To filter documents based on file name:

1. Select Expand to expand the Documents panel.
2. Enter the file name or part of it in the search box above the list of documents and press Enter. Only documents whose file name contains the specified string will be displayed.

To cancel the filter, select .

Filter documents by language

To filter documents based on the language—when in detail or in list view—choose the language from the drop-down menu at the top of the document list.

Filter by document name

To filter documents based on their names—when in list or in detail view—enter the file name or part of it in the search box above the list of documents and press Enter. Only documents whose file name contains the specified string will be displayed.

To cancel the filter, select .
