Filter by tokens

Documents tab, Analytics sub-tab

The Most relevant terms panel shows the most relevant tokens detected in documents.

To filter documents based on tokens, double-click the element in the tag cloud.

Documents tab, detail and list view

• In the list view:

  1. In the left panel, select the Tokens tab.
  2. Expand a token type.
  3. Double-click a token value.
  4. Repeat from step b to add more tokens.

  Or:

  • To filter on a main lemma, select one of the lemmas displayed in the Main lemmas strip below the text abstract.

• In the detail view:

  1. In the right panel, select the Tokens tab.
  2. Expand a token type.
  3. Double-click a token. The the token chip right side turns black in the document.
  4. Repeat from step b or c to add more tokens.

  Or:

  • To filter on a main topic, double-click one of the topics displayed in the Main topics strip above the text of the document.

Double-click selections become as many elements of the search criteria shown in the search box where they can be edited as described in search.
