Advanced key visualization

Introduction

Advanced visualizations are available for these top-level sub-keys of the document key coming directly out of or originating from model blocks:

Most sub-keys have three tabs:

  • A tab titled as the key that shows the data as a table.

  • A JSON tab showing the JSON corresponding to the key, with the same toolbar of any panel showing JSON.

  • The Content Viewer tab showing the text.

The following sub-keys do not have the Content Viewer tab:

  • paragraphs
  • phrases
  • sentences
  • tokens

Content Viewer

Within the Content Viewer tab:

  • To copy the text on the clipboard, select Copy text to clipboard .
  • To find all the occurrences of a string in the text, enter a search criteria in the search box then press Enter. All the occurrences of the search criteria are highlighted in the text. To clear the search select the "X" button inside the search box.
  • To expand and collapse the tab, select the expanding and collapsing icon.

Note

This last action is not allowed when the content sub-key is selected.

Key-titled tabs

As mentioned above, all sub-keys except for content have a tab with the key name showing data in form of a table.

To search for specific table data, enter a search criteria in the search box then press Enter. To reset the search, select the "X" button inside the search box.

categories

The Categories tab of the categories sub-key shows the categories detected in the text.

The tab has these columns:

Category ID Category ID
Score Category score
Freq. Category frequency
Hits Category hits
  • Select the column headers to sort your categories.
  • Check the Winner button to filter the category list based on the winning ones.

    Note

    Winning categories are marked by a green dot.

  • Select the expanding and collapsing arrows to show and hide the category hierarchy and positions.

  • Select the category label to highlight the textual elements on which the category triggers. Deselect it to remove the highlights.
  • Select a category position to highlight a single textual element on which the category triggers. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the Label column to highlight all textual elements on which all categories trigger.
  • Select Deselect all to remove the highlights.

content

The content sub-key only has the Content Viewer tab showing the analyzed text.

entities

The Entities tab of the homonymous sub-key shows the entities detected in the text, in particular:

  • The entity type.
  • The entity value.
  • The entity position.

  • Select the expanding icon to expand the entity type and see the entity values or the collapsing icon to collapse the entity type.
  • Select the expanding icon to expand the entity value and check its position in the text or the collapsing icon to collapse the entity value.

The Entities tab has these columns:

Name Description
lemma Contains the entity value
syncon Contains the syncon of the entity value
hits Contains the number of hits of the entity value
  • Select the entity type to highlight its entity values in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select the entity value to highlight its occurrences in the text of the Content Viewer tab. Select it again to remove the highlight.
  • Select the entity position to highlight a single occurrence of the entity. Select it again to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the lemma column to highlight all the entities in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the lemma column to deselect all the entities in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

Note

If you select a single entity, the Select all button has this shape . Select it again to view it like this .

extractions

The Extractions tab of the extractions sub-key shows the extracted entities detected in the text.

This tab has these columns:

  • Select the expanding icon or the collapsing one to show and hide the extracted value positions in the text.
  • Select the extracted value to highlight its occurrences in the text of the Content Viewer tab. Select it again to remove the highlight.
  • Select the extracted value position to highlight a single occurrence in the text. Select it again to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the template/field column to highlight all the entities in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the template/field column to deselect all the entities in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

mainLemmas

The MainLemmas tab of the mainLemmas sub-key shows the main lemmas detected in the text.

The tabs has these columns:

Hits Number of lemma hits
  • Select the column headers to filter the lemmas.
  • Select the expanding and collapsing arrows to show and hide the positions of the lemma occurrences in the text.
  • Select a lemma to highlight all its occurrences in the text in the Content Viewer tab. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select a lemma position to highlight a specific occurrence of a lemma. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the Lemma column to highlight all lemmas in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the Lemma column to deselect all lemmas in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

mainPhrases

The MainPhrases tab of the mainPhrases sub-key shows the main phrases detected in the text.

The tabs has these columns:

  • Select the column headers to sort your values according to value, score or hit.
  • Select the expanding and collapsing arrows to show and hide the phrase positions in the text.
  • Select a phrase to highlight all its occurrences in the text of the Content Viewer tab. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select a phrase position to highlight a single occurrence in the text. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the Value column to highlight all phrases in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the Value column to deselect all phrases in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

mainSentences

The MainSentences tab of the mainSentences sub-key shows the main phrases detected in the text.

The tabs has these columns:

  • Select the column headers to sort your values according to sentence or score.
  • Select a sentence to highlight it in the text of the Content Viewer panel. Delesect the sentence to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the Sentence column to highlight all sentences in the Content Viewer panel.
  • Select Deselect all beside the Sentence column to deselect all sentences in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

mainSyncons

The MainSyncons tab of the mainSyncons sub-key shows the main syncons detected in the text.

The tab has four columns:

  • Select the column headers to sort your values according to value, ID, score or hits.
  • Select the expanding and collapsing arrows to show and hide the syncon positions in the text.
  • Select a syncon to highlight all its occurrences in the text of the Content Viewer tab. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select a syncon position to highlight its single occurrence in the text of the Content Viewer tab. Deselect it to remove the highlight.
  • Select Select all beside the Value column to highlight all syncons in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the Value column to deselect all syncons in the text of the Content Viewer tab.

paragraphs

The Paragraphs tab of the paragraphs sub-key shows the paragraphs detected in the text.

  • Select Show sentences to split a paragraph into sentences. When selected:

    • Select Show phrases to show the sentence phrases and their type.
    • Select Show tokens to show the sentence tokens and their type.

    Note

    This is how a sentence looks when tokens and phrases are visible.

  • Select Hide sentences to restore the paragraph.

phrases

The Phrases tab of the phrases sub-key shows the phrases detected in the text.

The tab has the same view (and commands) of the Paragraphs tab when Show sentences and then Show phrases are selected.

sections

The Sections tab of the sections sub-key shows the sections detected in the text.

  • Select Select all beside the Name column to highlight all sections in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select Deselect all beside the Name column to deselect all sections in the text of the Content Viewer tab.
  • Select the Name column header to sort sections according to their name.

sentences

The Sentences tab of the sentences sub-key shows the sentences detected in the text.

The tab has the same view (and commands) of the Paragraphs tab when Show sentences is selected.

tokens

The Tokens tab of the tokens sub-key shows the tokens detected in the text.

The tab has the same view (and commands) of the Paragraphs tab when Show sentences and Show tokens are selected.

topics

The Topics tab of the topics sub-key shows the main topics detected in the text.

The tab has these columns:

Topic Topic name
ID Topic ID
Score Topic score
  • Select the column headers to sort your values according to topic, ID or score.
  • Check the Winner button to filter the topic list according to the winners.

Note

Winner topics are marked by a green dot.
