The main elements of the UI
The instructions in this how-to section reference UI elements on the NL Flow Web application. The main UI elements through which you perform all possible operations are:
- The multi-view dashboard
- The workflow's workspace
- The user menu
The multi-view dashboard is the one you find yourself in after logging in.
The dashboard has these views:
- Workflows: for managing workflows (the default view)
- Models: for managing models
- Runtimes: for managing runtimes
- API keys: for managing API keys
- JavaScript templates: for browsing built-in JavaScript templates
- Custom components: for managing custom components
To switch from one view to another, choose the new view in the vertical menu on the left of the page.
The workflow's workspace is the tool through which you edit and test a specific workflow.
If you are in a workflow's workspace and want to return to the Workflows view of the dashboard, from which you can then switch to the other views, select the expert.ai logo at the top left of the page.
The user menu is always available and, based of the role your user belongs to, allows you to:
- Manage users
- Manage service accounts
- Manage your profile
- Explore the backoffice API
- Access Platform documentation (including this manual)
- Get support
- Get information about the application
- Toggle dark mode
To open the user menu, select the icon with your initials in the top right corner of the page
