Clone a workflow

Cloning a workflow means creating a new workflow which is an exact copy of the latest version of a given source workflow.

To clone a workflow:

  • In any list, select the workflow then select Clone workflow on the toolbar of the right panel.

Or:

  1. Open the workflow
  2. Select the ellipsis on the toolbar of the central-right panel then choose Clone workflow from the pop-up menu.

In both cases, a dialog appears.

  • If you want to change the default workflow name, enter a new name in the Workflow name field.
  • Select Clone to confirm the operation.

If you performed the operation starting from a list, the new workflow is opened in the editor, if instead you performed the operation from the original workflow's workspace, you are asked if you want to open it.
