Link an API key to a workflow

Linking an API key to a published workflow makes the workflow usable via API using that key. Make this association in the first step of the publication wizard.

EI-Flow remembers the associations between API keys and workflows, so if you unpublish a workflow from a runtime and later republish it, the publication wizard will suggest the association with the same API key used previously.
