Link an API key to a workflow

Linking an API key to a workflow makes the workflow usable via API using that key as the authorization mechanism when the workflow is published.
You link API keys to a workflow in the first step of the publication wizard.

EI-Flow remembers the links between API keys and workflows, so if you unpublish a workflow from a runtime and later republish it, the publication wizard will suggest the same API keys used previously.
