Import Library

If you need to add documents in your corpus it is possible to import a library.

1. Select Studio > Import Library from the main menu.

   Note

   A wizard is activated and lets you select a compressed files containing a dataset of documents in the following formats:

   • .zip
   • .7z
   • .tar
   • .gz
   • .tgz

   Annotations, if any, will be also imported.

2. In the Import Library Wizard step, select Next.

3. In the Select Library step, browse to select the library, then select Next.

4. In the Options step, check or uncheck:

   • Import categorization annotations to import annotations made for categories.
   • Import extraction annotations to import annotations made for extractions.
   • Import section annotations to import annotations made for sections.
   • Import only annotated to import annotated documents only.

5. Check the number of files to import and select Finish.

   Note

   The library is imported in the import_n folder, where n is the number of imported library.
