The onTagger handling function is similar to onTaggerLevel, with the difference that it's called only once after all the tagging rules have been evaluated.

The function doesn't have parameters and—together with the onTaggerLevel—it's the right place to use the tagging management methods of the pre-defined DIS object. When used in the onTagger function, these methods will create tag instances with a level of 999999999.
