Manage models

Predictive linguistic models are fundamental components of workflows.

This kind of model is usually trained and tested using EI-Authoring, with Studio or with both. A model like this becomes part of the model inventory of EI-Flow by publishing it from the authoring application or importing it from a file package.

EI-Flow installations can also have a built-in inventory models called Knowledge Models that address several real world use cases.

You can manage models through the Models page.
The following articles describe all the operations for managing models.

Although they are not predictive models, similarity models, to use with Similarity Document Preparator and Similarity Calculator, are also managed together with them.

Models can be public or project-based.
Public models are visible to everyone, while project models are visible only to the project owner and any users with whom the project has been shared.
The ability to manage public models depends on the user's role, while project models, aside from the project owner who has full powers on them, depend on the permissions with which the project was shared.
The main page for viewing and managing public models is Models, while project models are viewed and managed in the Assets tab of the project workspace.

The following articles describe all the procedures for managing models.
