Expert.ai Studio

Expert.ai Studio is a fully integrated development environment for building, testing and deploying custom knowledge models leveraging expert.ai natural language understanding (NLU) technology. It is designed to help data scientists, computational linguists and software engineers to create advanced and unique solutions to extend the scope of intelligent process automation and make knowledge discovery more effective.

expert.ai Studio provides an advanced and simple to use environment to support entity and relationship extraction and automatic document categorization, it includes sophisticated testing and reporting tools for validating your model and it enables users to deploy it on their own computer or cloud infrastructure.

Licensing

expert.ai Studio IDE is a branded and customized version of JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition that is open-source, licensed under Apache 2.0 and it can be used for commercial development (check JetBrains's EULA).

expert.ai Studio Core is a plugin bundled with expert.ai Studio IDE and it includes a set of expert.ai's proprietary technologies licensed under expert.ai's proprietary licensing policy.

Both expert.ai Studio IDE and expert.ai Studio Core use third-parties open software released under different licenses.

System requirements

  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 or newer, amd64, or GNU/Linux OS, amd64 (specifically tested on Canonical Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and CentOS 7+). If your operating system is older than what is currently supported, you can find older versions of the expert.ai Studio IDE installers in our archive that might work for you.
  • The GNU/Linux version is Experimental.
  • On Microsoft Windows, expert.ai Studio Core requires the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 that can be downloaded from Microsoft at the following URL: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe.
  • On GNU/Linux, expert.ai Studio Core requires libcurl4 version >= 4.58; you can check it online at Curl official site.
