Start Studio

To start Studio:

• If you used the zip file:

  1. Open your extracted folder.
  2. In the bin folder, run idea64.exe.

• If you used the installer:

  • Use the Studio 2022.1 shortcut on the desktop.

  Or:

  • Search the Studio 2022.1 app in the Windows Start menu and run it.

After the first run of Studio, a certificate that guarantees the software authenticity needs to be accepted. Select Accept to start using Studio.
