Export the thesaurus

To export and download the thesaurus as a SKOS definition file in RDF/XML format:

1. In the project dashboard, Resources tab, select Download Thesaurus in the Resources panel, to the right of the panel label. The Export resources dialog appears.

2. In the Export tab, if you want to export the entire thesaurus, select All concepts (selected by default).

   To export a specific concept with eventual children nodes:

   1. Select Selected concept.
   2. Type a concept in the empty bar.

   3. Select Strict selection to export the selected concept and its children nodes.

      Or:

      Select Extended selection to export the selected concept plus its children nodes and the related concepts of the selected concept and the children nodes.

      Note

      If the selected concept has both a child and a father node, the father node will be included in the download. If the father node of the selected concept is the child of another father node, the latter will not be included in the download.

3. Change or accept the filename and the extension and select Export.

4. In the Download tab or in the notification in the lower right corner, select Download.

The same procedures can be repeated by selecting Download Thesaurus on the toolbar of the Edit Concept panel.

The main differences are:

• In the Export resources dialog, Selected concept is selected by default, because a concept in the tree has been previously selected.
• The concept is already available and does not need to be typed in the bar.
