Access the application

Screen setting resolution

Platform is a web application, so it is accessed with a browser. The recommended screen setting resolution is 1920 x 1080.

Log in

To connect to Platform:

  1. Open your web browser, enter the application URL.
  2. Log in with your user credentials managed by Platform.

Or:

  1. Log in with your user credentials managed by an IDP (Identity provider) like Amazon Cognito or Microsoft Azure.

Warning

Your user role could not be defined if you access the application with the credentials managed by an IDP, so you have to contact your administrator.

Password reset

To reset the password, in case you don't remember it anymore, select Forgot password?.

Access with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Some Platform installations enable MFA access.

First time access

  1. Open your web browser, enter the application URL.
  2. Log in with your user credentials managed by Platform, a screen that shows you how to set your further credential is displayed.

  3. Install on your mobile phone FreeOTP or Google Authenticator.

  4. Open the application you installed and scan the QRCode that is displayed.
  5. Enter the one-time code (OTC) provided by the application.
  6. Enter your device name.
  7. Select Submit to finish the setup.

Further access

  1. Open your web browser, enter the application URL.
  2. Log in with your user credentials and a new screen is displayed.

  3. Select your device and enter the OTC provided by the application.

  4. Select Sign In.
