Link an API key to a workflow

Linking an API key to a published workflow makes the workflow usable via API using that key. Make this association in the first step of the publication wizard.

NL Flow remembers the associations between API keys and workflows, so if you unpublish a workflow from a runtime and later republish it, the publication wizard will suggest the association with the same API key used previously.
